Registration Details and Visitor Policy

Registration for fall term is now open on the AC website, linked below. UTKC members must register by September 27th to continue to participate in practices/activities, including beginners once the free trial ends on September 21st.

Deadlines in summary:
September 21st - last day of Beginners' free trial
September 27th - last day to submit paid registration

All guests and visitors must purchase a visitor's pass/day pass from the AC. Members should not attempt to bring guests without a valid pass.

  • Note that alumni visitors can have their AC day pass reimbursed up to twice a month

  • All guests are required to sign a waiver upon each visit, which will be provided in the dojo
